These Terms apply to the website design and development services provided by Moti Media. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. This is a general template — please review it with a legal advisor.

Our services

The Complete Clinic Package (₹14,999, one-time) includes the items listed on our pricing section, including a clinic website, domain name, WhatsApp button, AI chatbot, appointment booking integration, Google Maps integration, basic SEO and SSL security.

Timelines

We aim to deliver your website within 2 days after receiving all required clinic details and photos. Delays in sharing content or approvals may extend this timeline.

Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). To book, you pay an advance of ₹5,000 online through Razorpay (UPI, cards or net banking). The balance of ₹9,999 is payable after your website is delivered. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Renewals

After the first year, renewal is ₹5,000 per year and covers domain, hosting and maintenance. If renewal is not paid, the website and domain may be suspended.

Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content (text, logos, photos) you share with us. You are responsible for the accuracy of medical and clinic information shown on your website.

Changes and updates

Content changes can be requested on WhatsApp. Major redesigns or new features may be charged separately, with your approval.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep your website running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results such as a number of patients or bookings.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
